Jessica & Bill's NJ Beach Wedding

About a year ago when Jessica first called us to talk about day of coordination for her Ocean Place wedding, she said she wanted the ballroom to look like the bottom of a pirate ship. We weren’t exactly sure what she had in mind but we sure were wowed when we saw what she had pulled together along with the help of the florist and design team at Sea Blossoms Events. There was so much detail that went into the design from both Jessica and Sea Blossoms. Driftwood, sea glass, wine bottles, overhead netting and antique props were all used to create the perfect look and feel for the evening.

Jessica, along with her 10 bridesmaids, started her morning early at Ocean Place with the help of the very talented Make Me Up Eva squad and Jessica Rivera on hair. Once Liz from Havana Photography arrived the ladies were excited and ready to go. Jessica and her flower girls wore beautiful flower crowns created by Sea Blossoms and did a first look with both her bridal party and her dad on the balcony overlooking the beach- it was so special!

Next, Jessica went out to meet her groom, Bill, for a first look on the jetty and boy was it dreamy. Liz captured some beautiful shots on the overcast day- they are all so romantic.

The ceremony took place on the beach and when the bride and groom kissed, guests released butterflies that were distributed to them when they entered the ceremony.

Following the ceremony, cocktail hour was on the patio outside of Ocean Place before guests made their way into the ballroom. The ballroom ceiling was lined with netting over the dance floor- a very fun touch! The tables were decorated by Sea Blossom Events with driftwood, old bottles and some florals for a super polished, elegant look representing the beach and sea. Table numbers made of sea glass really finished the look. The bride’s family produces wine so each guest got to take home a bottle, adding a very personal touch to their favors.

Guests danced the night away and concluded the evening with a sparkler send off. It was so much fun to be a part of this wedding and to see it come to life. Jessica had so many beautiful details to her day. We wish her and Bill the best of luck and can’t wait to see what their future brings!
