We started working with Ryann and Jack in late February for full planning of their October 3rd wedding. I remember thinking, "oh they'll be totally fine to have their wedding come October". While there were a lot of challenges along the way and changes that had to be made, Ryann and Jack were super flexible and had a great attitude about adjusting throughout.
Ryann and Jack live in Texas but Jack's Mom has a summer house in Mantoloking that they have been coming to for years. It is such a special place to them that they decide to have their wedding there. His Mom's house is actually right next door to the Mantoloking Yacht Club, where the wedding took place.
The evening before the wedding we had the pleasure of planning their welcome party for their guests. It was originally planned for a venue, but had to be shifted last minute to a tented event in front of Jack's mom's house. It turned out to be a beautiful evening for a cocktail party with some delicious food from Apple Street Kitchen and music to keep everyone entertained by the Mike Dalton Band.
The next morning, we shifted gears and started to transform the yacht club! Ryann got ready with her closest friends at a family members house while Jack got ready at his Mom's house. Make Me Up Eva handled the makeup, which was stunning, as always, while Panca Salon gave the ladies their beautiful blow outs. Before heading out, Ryann and her Dad did a first look. It was such a special moment that was captured so beautifully (as was the whole day) by Idalia Photography.
The wedding party traveled separately via a Shooboo Shuttle trolley over to the church- Sacred Heart in Bay Head. It was a beautiful church ceremony filled with lots of love and some tears. After church the group headed back to the Mantoloking Yacht Club to take some photos by the water.
Meanwhile, we were working hard to transform the reception space. Floral design came from the talented Flowers by Melinda who helped to create the look that Ryann was hoping for: clean, traditional and romantic. Twinkle lights adorned the ceiling and rails and Rustic Drift provided beautiful bars for the wedding.
Guests were greeted when they arrived with music by Daddy Pop and appetizers from Soiree Catering. It was a beautiful evening on the water with perfect temperatures and friends and family all around.. I even teared up a bit when Ryann's Dad made his speech. After entrees, the group enjoyed cake from Mueller's before finishing the reception and heading to the after party, back at Jack's Mom's house. There, they were surprised with a Hoffman's Ice Cream Truck and Johnny's Pork Roll Truck.
We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Ryann and Jack. We had such a nice time working with them and getting to know them and their families. We wish them lots of happiness for their future together!
A special thank you to the amazing vendor team for all of their hard work on this!
