If you are having a backyard or tented wedding, wedding rentals will be a huge part of your day. There are a lot of things you'll need to add to your list besides just a tent. Rental costs can add up very quickly, so don't be fooled into thinking that a tented wedding always = budget savings.
The Basics

Additional Items
There are a lot of items that can be rented that aren't "necessary" but add some really nice touches to your reception. For example, you can create a lounge area by renting some vintage furniture from Dovetail Rentals or an extra special sweetheart table by renting a wooden farm table from Rustic Drift. Maybe it is a champagne wall or a unique bar cart that will add an extra special touch to your wedding.. We love all of the different options these two rental companies offer, so if you have a little extra budget, take a look at their inventory on their websites!
The Local Line
Another local rental option that we love is
The Local Line in Red Bank, NJ. They have so many custom rental options for items like escort card displays, table numbers and general signage. It's like you are renting from an Etsy shop! We spoke to the owner, Kristen Stahl, about what her shop has to offer.
About
Here at The Local Line we have over 130 different local artists. Everything is handmade which allows us to customize pretty much anything. Our store is primarily one of a kind pieces for your home but it also includes tons of rentals for weddings and events. We have everything from wood signs, welcome mirrors, table numbers, card boxes. seating charts, you name it, to rent!
Some of our rentals include customization such as the welcome mirrors. I always tell my brides if you see anything on Pintrest or Etsy just send us a picture because we can make it! Its nice to see everything in person before you order it, even if its just a stain color.
I love Etsy but sometimes when I get things they aren't as nice as the pictures. When spending money and time on planning your wedding you should only have the best and not have to worry! We also offer delivery and set up as well. [Photo by Ashley Mac Photographs]
The Details
MOST of the items are listed our website (but always check the Instagram for custom work). We request you stop by the store or contact us a few months in advance so we can slot time for your pieces. Wood Seating charts can take up to two weeks to make. We request all final changes 2 weeks prior and 50% deposit. Pick up for rentals is usually the Wednesday before your wedding and items must be returned by Monday the following week as that gives us 2 days to turn everything around.
